4.3. Merchants are obligated to ship products promptly and handle returns efficiently. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of their account on MixShopi.
4.4. MixShopi is not responsible for the behavior of individual merchants, and no party has the right to sue MixShopi for issues related to individual merchant behavior. Merchants and buyers are encouraged to resolve disputes among themselves whenever possible
5. MixShopi's Role
5.1. MixShopi serves as an intermediary facilitating the sale process between the advertising merchant and the customer.
5.2. MixShopi reserves the right to moderate product listings and may remove or suspend any product or merchant account that violates our policies.
5.3. MixShopi guarantees the rights of both sellers and buyers within the bounds of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Shipping and Returns
6.1. Merchants are responsible for shipping and returns, and MixShopi guarantees these processes for a maximum period of 30 days.
6.2. Merchants must provide accurate shipping information, including tracking details, to ensure transparency and accountability.
6.3. If a buyer is dissatisfied with a product or wishes to return it, the merchant is responsible for processing the return within the specified timeframe.
7. Compliance with Laws
7.1. Merchants are prohibited from selling unlicensed goods, including those bearing the name of international brands, unless a valid license for sale is attached.
7.2. Merchants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and shipment of their products.
8. Jurisdiction
8.1. Any disputes arising from the use of MixShopi shall be subject to the laws of Belgium. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

12.2. MixShopi reserves the right to remove any product listings or suspend accounts that violate this prohibition.
12.3 As a Site user, you commit to the following:

• Refrain from making unauthorized use of the Site, including the illicit collection of usernames or email addresses through electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts through automated means or deceptive methods.
